Christopher Robert Evans, born 13 June 1981, is an American actor. In his first television appearances Evans was a part of parts like Opposite sexuality in the year 2000. Following appearances in several teen films including 2001's Not Another Teen Movie he was noticed for his performance of the Marvel Comics characters such as the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four and the sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans has appeared in numerous films based on comics and graphic novels including TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) as well as Snowpiercer (2013). As part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he became more famous as Steve Rogers/Captain America. The films includes Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier 2014 as well as Captain America: Civil War. He also made an appearance in The Avengers Age of Ultron in 2015 Avengers: Infinity War 2018 and Endgame 2019. Within the Marvel universe, the performance as Captain Steve Rogers and Captain America helped him become the world's highest paid actor.
