Madhuri Dixit
Madhuri has been a popular Indian actress, who gained notoriety for her roles in the films Hum Aapke Haiin Koun and Beta Saajan. The actress began her career in the 1980s and came into prominence thanks to her character in the Tezaab film, in which she appeared alongside the veteran actor Anil Kapoor. Then, she starred alongside Aamir in Dil. In Mumbai, she was raised in a family of middle-class parents. At a very young age, she started to learn dance. She began acting when she was a youngster and struggled for several years because most of her initial films failed. Then she found her way to success and became one of the most well-known actresses within the Indian film industry. After her marriage was over, she took a few months away from performing prior to returning. In recent times, she was in a prominent part on the film Gulaab Gang. The film featured the challenges faced by women in India. Dixit is nominated to win fifteen Filmfare Awards, out of which she was awarded eight. Padma Shri is the fourth highest civilian honour in India. The award was also given to her for her work in the social sector.
